{"id":587,"date":"2026-03-19T13:50:51","date_gmt":"2026-03-19T13:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/meriinwear.com\/?page_id=587"},"modified":"2026-03-23T13:29:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T13:29:49","slug":"muugitingimused","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/meriinwear.com\/en\/muugitingimused\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms of Sale"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms of Sale<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The owner of the online store meriinwear.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Meriinwear O\u00dc (registry code 17315825).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Validity of the sales contract and prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The terms and conditions of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices are in euros and are displayed next to the products.<br>A delivery fee may be added to the price where applicable and will be displayed during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Placing an order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To place an order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>add the products to your cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fill in the required fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>choose a suitable delivery method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pay for the order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment is made in a secure environment through a payment service provider, such as Montonio Finance O\u00dc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seller does not have access to the customer\u2019s bank or card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sales contract enters into force once the amount due has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the payment within 14 days at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Goods are currently shipped to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estonia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>European Union<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>parcel machines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pick-up by prior agreement with the seller (Tallinn, Sikupilli)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The delivery cost is paid by the buyer and is displayed during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliveries within Estonia usually arrive within 2\u20135 business days.
