Terms of Sale
The owner of the online store meriinwear.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Meriinwear OÜ (registry code 17315825).
Validity of the sales contract and prices
The terms and conditions of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
All prices are in euros and are displayed next to the products.
A delivery fee may be added to the price where applicable and will be displayed during checkout.
Placing an order
To place an order:
- add the products to your cart
- fill in the required fields
- choose a suitable delivery method
- pay for the order
Payment is made in a secure environment through a payment service provider, such as Montonio Finance OÜ.
The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details.
The sales contract enters into force once the amount due has been received.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the payment within 14 days at the latest.
Delivery
Goods are currently shipped to:
- Estonia
- European Union
Delivery methods:
- parcel machines
- pick-up by prior agreement with the seller (Tallinn, Sikupilli)
The delivery cost is paid by the buyer and is displayed during checkout.
Deliveries within Estonia usually arrive within 2–5 business days. Deliveries outside Estonia usually arrive within 3–10 business days.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return conditions:
- the product has not been used in any way other than for trying it on
- the product is in good condition

Return costs:
- paid by the buyer
- except if the product is defective or incorrect.
We will refund the payment within 14 days at the latest after receiving the goods or proof of return.
Submitting complaints
The Online Store is liable for product defects that appear within 2 years of receiving the goods.

We will respond to the complaint within 15 days at the latest.
Processing of personal data
We use your data only to fulfil your order and deliver the goods.
We send marketing communications only with your consent.

Changes
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions of sale.
